At MP Antenna, LTD., we are committed to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. All our antennas are made using the highest quality materials and assembled under strict quality control. However, there may be situations that require a product return or replacement. Any custom-made antenna is non-returnable.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Defective Products: If you receive a defective product within 30 days of receipt, please email us at cs@mpantenna.com. Be sure to include the part number, receipt date, order number, and a description of the defect. If we determine the product is defective, MP Antenna will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions. After receiving the defective product, we will ship an equivalent replacement at no additional cost. The shipping method is at the sole discretion of MP Antenna.

 

Non-Defective Product Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase directly from MP Antenna, you can return the product within 15 days. Please provide the part number, receipt date, order number, and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 25% restocking fee will apply. The original shipping charges, as well as return shipping costs, are the responsibility of the customer.

 

To be eligible for a return, products must be in new, unopened, and sealed condition, with all original packaging, paperwork, instructions, and documentation. If the return does not meet these conditions, the refund will be prorated based on the cost of the missing or damaged items.

 

Return Process: All items being returned must be carefully packed and clearly marked with the MP Antenna RMA number on the outside of the package. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted by our shipping/receiving department and will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for return shipments.

 

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved Refunds for returns will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned product by MP Antenna.. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We currently ONLY ship to addresses within the United States.
