At MP Antenna, LTD. we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. All antennas are produced using the highest quality materials and assembled under strict quality control. Occasionally situations exists which necessitate product return or replacement.
If you should receive a product and find it to be defective within 30 days of receipt, please email cs@mpantenna.com. Be prepared to supply the part number, receipt date, order number and defect description. If upon review it is determined to be a defect, MP Antenna will issue a return authorization number with return instructions. After receipt of the defective product by MP Antenna, an equivalent replacement will be shipped at no cost. Shipping method is at the exclusive discretion of MP Antenna.
Return Policy
If for any other reason a customer is not 100% satisfied with a purchase directly from MP Antenna and wish to return the product. MP Antenna provides a 15 day return policy. Please be prepared to supply the part number, receipt date, order number and reason for return. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and a 25% restocking charge will be incurred. The customer is responsible for the cost of both the original and return shipping. Under our return policy, products being returned for refund or exchange must be in unopened, sealed, NEW CONDITION with all original packaging and contain all paperwork, Instructions and documentation. If a return deviates from these standards the refund will be pro-rated based on replacement cost of what is missing
Under our return policy, items being returned must be carefully packed and clearly marked on the outside with an MP Antenna Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted by our shipping/receiving department and returned at the expense of the shipper. Insurance on return shipments is strongly suggested.
Refunds under our return policy will be credited within 30 days of product receipt by MP Antenna.
